G.Start is our university internship program and the gateway to Gerdau for people who identify with the female gender, people of color, people with disabilities and LGBTI+ people. No knowledge of English or experience is required. To participate in the selection process, you just need to be a bachelor's or technologist student and be available to do an internship 6 hours a day for at least 1 year.
G.Future is our trainee program to hire recent graduates and prepare them for top leadership positions. The development is done through an 18-month trail that includes training and experiences in the area.
G. Lead is our program focused on the development of professionals who have been in top leadership positions for more than 2 years in industrial or commercial areas and want to take on greater challenges. Over the course of a year, each member participates in a development track with content related to business vision, leadership and people management, digital mindset and industry 4.0.
